The Power of Positive
In order to cope with the after effects of Post Traumatic Stress, you will need one positive thought.
Can’t even think of one positive thought? I know the feeling as that was my world. To focus the mind we must have a starting point. That starting point is One Positive Thought. I cannot stress enough this is your starting point.
Your positive thought will allow you to begin to overcome anger, depression, etc. It is your anchor when the storm starts to rage.
First of all
Bring your One Positive Thought with you no matter where you go
In order to be stronger and better, we must accept we will not be perfect right away, but over time, we will be better than we were yesterday.
Always bring your attention back to your One Positive Thought and it will change your life forever. For me in the beginning I spent two seconds in my positive thought and 10 seconds with Monkey Mind (bills, spouse, kids, job, etc.) I was tired of always refocusing back to my One Positive Thought. It took me a long time, but I realized I was spending equal time on the positive thought and Monkey Mind.
Then it happened, I was spending more time on my positive thought than my Monkey Mind. I made progress; it can happen, but will take time, keep at it.

Power of Positive Quotations
One day I was talking with some veterans. While we were talking, I noticed everything they were saying was negative. WOW was I just like them. I decided to share the positive quotations from my book. We talked about how to use the Power of Positive and what it did for me. After a few weeks we talked again, and they had the same experience as I did.
Quotation examples:

Like me or hate me both are in my favor. If you like me I am in your heart.

And let's not forget
Personal Transformation
Since 2016, I have seen firsthand how Mind Nidra is changing lives. Seeing fellow vets come to class on day one, then watching them transform into this new person is truly amazing. They are now able to control this anger, move beyond their past, and have a positive outlook on life
